How does an Inspection Work?
Our inspections typically last about an hour and you will receive a thorough inspection estimate that with a quote for needed repairs, including photos breaking down what we found and our recommendations of repairs. We offer free inspections to homeowners. You will receive your report 3-5 business days after the inspection. Schedule your inspection here! We also offer an option for real estate transactions with a complete inspection report with estimated work and photos. These inspections start at $100, dependent on roof sizing, pitch, and contingency timeline.
How often should my roof be inspected?
Roofs should be inspected after any kind of foot traffic, upon discovery of any leaks, before any solar installations or once, every two to five years.
What services do you provide?
Do you offer any certifications?
We offer optional Two Year Certifications, which guarantee a leak free roofing system after recommended repairs are completed. Should a leak occur during this time, Triark will repair it at no cost to the owner. Terms and Conditions apply and will be detailed in your contract.
